USING THE SERVICE
How do I get started?
Choose your plan and complete payment. You’ll receive access to your ClickUp design board and instructions for submitting your first request.
Is there a limit to how many requests I can submit?
No. You can add as many requests as you’d like to your queue. The Partner Plan includes one active request at a time, and the next request moves into production when the current one is approved.
How quickly will I receive my designs?
Most standard requests receive a first draft within two to three business days. Larger, more detailed or production-heavy projects may take longer.
What if I don't like the first design?
Share your feedback directly on the design board. Revisions within the original brief are included, and we’ll keep refining the work until it is ready for approval.
Who will work on my projects?
Frozen Creative directly manages your design work so one designer can learn your brand and keep your materials consistent. Outside vendors may be coordinated when a project requires specialized production.
Is the Partner Program right for one project?
Usually not. If you only need one project, Frozen Creative also offers project-based graphic design and printing. The Partner Program is designed for businesses with recurring creative needs.

How does pausing work?
You can pause future billing for up to 90 days and return when you need design support again. Reactivation depends on current client availability.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel before your next renewal to stop the next billing cycle. You can continue using the time you’ve already paid for through the end of the current cycle.
Who owns the finished designs?
You receive the approved final designs and the source files included with your plan. Third-party stock images, fonts and other licensed assets remain subject to their original license terms.
Can I request a refund?
Because the service is built around custom design time, payments are not refundable once a billing period has started. You can cancel before your next renewal to prevent future billing.
Why wouldn't I just hire a full-time designer?
If you have enough daily design work to keep a full-time employee busy, hiring may make sense. The Partner Program is for businesses that need dependable ongoing creative support without adding another salary, benefits and full-time overhead.
