So, you’re only shelling out dough when you’ve got some actual work for them. It’s like having your own personal designer-on-demand, no more paying for idle hands.

Once you subscribe, we will include you on an ClickUp board where we detail our straightforward process. The onboarding process typically requires just 15 minutes of your time.

Once subscribed, you’re able to add as many design requests to your queue as you’d like, and they will be delivered one by one.

Look at it like this … We offer unlimited design requests limited by the time it takes to complete them in the same way streaming services offer unlimited movies limited by the time it takes to complete them.

On average, most requests are finished within a day or less. However, more intricate projects may require additional time.

For instance, a business presentation typically takes 2-4 days to complete, while a vector illustration might necessitate 4-6 days.

Here’s an estimate for turnaround times on some of our main graphic requests:

• Within 24 hours: posts, thumbnails, covers, icons, banners, and more.
• 1-2 days: business cards, flyers, posters, and more.
• 2-4 days: basic illustrations, landing pages, presentations, and more.
• 3-5 days: brand guides, eBooks, packaging, and more.

No problem! Share your feedback, and we’ll keep refining the design until it meets your satisfaction. 

No problem. You have the option to cancel your subscription after the initial month and rejoin when you require more design services.

We recognize you might not have a full month of design work. If you only have one or two requests, pausing your subscription is a helpful option.

Our billing operates on a 31-day cycle. If you subscribe and use our service for 21 days, then choose to pause, your billing cycle will pause, and you’ll have 10 days of service left for future use.

Frozen Creative does not cover the following design work: 3D modeling, animated graphics (GIFS, etc.), complex packaging, and extensive print design (magazines, books, etc.).

Refunds are not available due to the time-intensive process of custom design.
